Sylvan Learning is seeking experienced tutors to support students in reading, writing and math. Candidates should have completed at least two years of college in Education or a related field and be reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented.

In-person tutoring 1-2 evenings per week and possibly Saturday morning; materials and lessons provided; a 3:1 student-teacher ratio; paid training is provided. This role is ideal for educators or education students.

Qualifications

• No experience in planning or grading required; materials and lessons are provided.
• Experience teaching basic reading, writing, and/or math.
• Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented.
