Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Turndown Attendant to maintain guest room comfort and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the guest rooms. This role focuses on turndown service, replenishing amenities, and coordinating with housekeeping staff.

You will clean and prepare rooms, assist with guest requests, and support lobby and public area coverage. Evening hours from 5pm to 9pm, high school or equivalent preferred, and previous housekeeping experience is

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide turn-down service by partially removing and storing bedspread, replenishing amenities, linens and supplies and filling ice bucket as preferred by guest.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents.
• Strip and make beds, changing bed linens.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest room.
• Vacuum room, and empty trash.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms, and restock heavy cart. Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify cleaning completion.
• Assist Runner in delivering items requested by guests.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
• Work hours are from 5pm-9pm
