Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Boston is seeking a Part-time Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team in Boston, MA. The Turndown Attendant will turn down beds, refresh towels, and ensure rooms meet luxury standards, working evening shifts under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury hotel housekeeping, strong English communication, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping.
• Reading, writing, and spoken English required.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Turn down beds, draw curtains, and refresh towels to high standards.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, vents, and baseboards.
• Provide warm, professional service and handle special requests.
• Report defects to the appropriate department.
• Other duties as assigned.
