Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Turndown Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms to the property’s standards while delivering attentive service. This role requires a professional demeanor, the ability to handle guest requests, and compliance with security policies.

The Turndown Attendant will perform nightly cleaning, linen changes, turndown service, amenity delivery, and room organization to ensure exceptional guest accommodations. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have one year prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms.
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• The ideal candidate will promote a positive image of the property by displaying a pleasant and upbeat personality during each guest interaction.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas.
• Change linens.
• Make beds.
• Turndown service.
• Amenity delivery.
• Organize collateral on tables.
• Straighten furniture.
• Dust and vacuum of rooms.
• Empty trash.
• Be courteous and helpful to Hotel guests, including reporting any guest requests or preferences.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner as outlined by supervisors.
