The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix is seeking an attentive Housekeeping/Room Attendant to prepare rooms for guest arrivals and ensure high cleanliness standards. You will refresh bathrooms, replace amenities, and uphold sustainability practices while maintaining guest privacy and safety.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience preferred in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong attention to detail to meet cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare guest rooms for a restful stay with evening turndown, tidy spaces, and refreshed bathrooms.
Remove used linens, towels, trash, and recyclables following sustainability practices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while protecting guest privacy.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met.
Assist Room Attendant and other housekeeping duties to support daily operations.
Respond promptly to guest requests with friendly, efficient service.
Work independently or with the team to complete assignments.
