Responsibilities

• Process driver paperwork and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Assign trailers and update trailer movements in company software.
• Coordinate loads between hubs, plants, and central logistics.
• Prepare outbound shipments with barcoding, weights, and palletizing.
• Dispatch transportation maximizing trailer weight while complying with permits.
• Maintain hub database and Outlook-Hub Management system.
• Report leaks or hub issues to Safety/Compliance.
