LV Petroleum LLC in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a Truck Service Adviser to deliver first-rate customer service, write up work orders, and handle OTC sales while ensuring customers are back on the road safely.

You will process quotes, secure purchase orders, communicate ETA details, and provide drivers with clear explanations of needed repairs. Training starts on first shift; after training, move to second shift 3pm–11pm with weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Write up and process work orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders and prepare quotes.
• Process pay-outs and end-of-shift reports; communicate ETA details to customers.
• Provide customers with explanations of vehicle issues and what is needed to return them to the road safely.
• Frequent phone communication with drivers and companies to secure payments or address vehicle issues.
