Job summary

Domino’s Corporate is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee a team of Class A and B drivers, schedule routes, review logs, and ensure DOT compliance. You will train drivers, manage performance, and coordinate safety and leadership activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong background in transportation management, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with SAP and TMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college hours preferred.
• 2–3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2–3 years of route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• MS Office, SAP, TMS, computers and scanner equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor drivers; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Prepare transportation reports and assist with budgets.
• Route planning, scheduling and hours of service management.
• Ensure safety policies and FMCSA/OSHA compliance.
• Manage customer relations and resolve issues.
