Job summary

McLane is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to provide direct supervision for a group of drivers, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries in our Oregon operation. The role includes knowledge of DOT regulations and routing procedures, with a Sunday-Thursday 6pm-4am schedule.

Compensation includes a $70,000 to $72,000 annual pay range, day-one medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, PTO from day one, and 401(k) profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year transportation management experience in food distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• AS/400 experience preferred.
• Truck routing software experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• English reading/writing at work level required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safe, timely, and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Review logs, hours of service, and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate with distribution center departments for timely deliveries.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.
