Job summary

McLane is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee safe, timely deliveries and coordinate with distribution center teams using multi-stop routing and dispatch procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), at least 1 year in transportation management within food distribution, knowledge of DOT regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Day one benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of transportation management experience in food distribution.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• AS/400 experience preferred.
• Truck routing software experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• English reading/writing skills sufficient for tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safe, timely, and accurate deliveries via routing and dispatch procedures.
• Review driver logs, hours of service, and DOT compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with distribution center departments for on-time deliveries.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
