Job summary

Cura Health in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Evening Long-Term Care team member to oversee resident care, administer medications, and lead shift staff during the evening hours to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our long-term care residents.

The role includes supervision of CNAs, coordination with nurses, and collaboration with physicians and families as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Provide direct clinical and compassionate care to long-term care residents.
• Administer prescribed medications following safety protocols.
• Update nurses on vitals and condition changes; coordinate with care teams.
• Supervise CNAs and junior staff on the evening shift.

In this role, you will oversee resident care, administer medications, and lead shift staff during the evening hours to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our long-term care residents

TMA

Full-time/Part-time

2:00pm-10:30pm $3 shift diff

Every other weekend/holiday

• Resident Care: Provide direct clinical and compassionate care to long-term care and post-acute residents during the evening shift.

• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications in compliance with safety protocols and state/federal regulations.

• Care Coordination:Update nurses regarding resident vitals, condition changes, and other concerns during shift

• Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and support certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and junior care staff on duty.

• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary care teams.
