Job summary

Renville Health Services is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) for part-time evening shifts to support residents and coordinate with the Charge Nurse.

The position requires MN NAR registry status, completion of the MDH Medication Administration Program, and CPR certification, with evening/night shift differential. Starting wage is $23.60/hour, with schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant on Minnesota State Registry in good standing or ability to complete coursework.
• Must be 18 years or older and CPR certified.
• Completion of required MDH course for medication administration.

Current Openings:

• Part-time Evenings

Evening Shift: 2:45pm - 11:00pm

• 8 hour shifts include working every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Evening and Night shift are eligible for shift differentials.

Job Summary:

• Function as a team leader by passing medications and providing treatments
  to residents. Serve as a direct channel of communication between the residents and the Charge
  Nurse.

Job Requirements:

Nursing Assistant (NAR) on the Minnesota State Registry in good standing or ability and
plan to complete Nursing Assistant coursework and/or competency testing per
regulations and care center policy.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successful completion of the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) approved course
“Medication Administration Program for Unlicensed Personnel.”
Maintain current CPR certification.
