Job summary

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Duluth, MN is seeking Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to join a compassionate care team. Starting wage is $23.50/hour, with pay based on experience. A $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff is offered.

Responsibilities include administering meds, following safety policies, and supporting CNAs. Requires MN CNA and TMA certifications, CPR, and at least 1 year as a Nursing Assistant.

Qualifications

• MN CNA and TMA certification in good standing.

• Clear verbal and written English skills.
• Must work every other weekend.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to join our team! We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy giving their best care to residents.

Starting wage: $23.50, wage based on experience

The duties of the Trained Medication Aide include, but are not limited to:

• Administer medications and treatments according to the facility’s medication policy
• Follow safety protocols
• Report errors in the administration of medications
• Record and restock medication inventories, and process discontinued medication as directed by DON
• Assist CNA with caring for residents when needed
• Complete necessary forms, charts, reports, etc. in a descriptive manner, and submit them as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

• MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing
• TMA experience in a nursing home setting
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant
• Must have clear verbal and written English skills
• Must work every other weekend
• Must pass a criminal background
