Sterling Park Senior Living in Waite Park, MN, is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to provide person-centered care and administer medications to residents. The community operates with a staffing structure of 2 TMAs and 1 Nurse for 40 residents during the day shift.

The role offers full-time/part-time opportunities with a PM shift (2-10:30 pm) and every-other-weekend commitments. Starting wage is up to $26.25/hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within Accura

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold current TMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification (includes current CNA certification).
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with care plans and policies.
• Assess residents information and perform treatments as directed by state and facility guidelines.

JOB SUMMARY:

Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) are responsible for administering medications, assessing information, and performing treatments in coordination with the resident’s care plan, the facility’s policies, and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
