Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles in a public venue.
• Cash handling and POS systems experience.
• Food handler permit must obtain within 14 days of employment.
• MAST card must obtain within 14 days of employment.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to work flexible evenings including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in theater spaces and concessions.
• Validate tickets and assist entry and exit from theater locations.
• Process IMAX and Laser ticket and concession sales.
• Assist projectionists, laserists, and supervisors as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and help prepare spaces between shows.
• Share information about programs, membership, and on-site operations.
