Job summary

Utah State University is seeking a part-time Testing Center Proctor at the USU Eastern Campus in Price to assist the Testing Coordinator in daily operations, proctoring exams, and coordinating testing services.

The role requires a flexible schedule and ability to work evenings; pay is $12.50 per hour with no benefits. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer knowledge, plus strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling student records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications required.
• Preference given to candidate with experience or college education.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of exams and records; provide students with a quiet testing atmosphere.
• Act as liaison between students, instructors, and university administrators.
• Assist with telephone calls, inquiries, files, appointments, and data entry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Light cleaning and disinfecting will be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
