Equiliem is seeking a dedicated Telemetry-registered nurse with a strong medical-surgical background to join our team for a night shift. The ideal candidate will monitor telemetry readings, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, documentation, and patient/family education. Must have 4+ years telemetry experience, NJ RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications.

• 4+ years telemetry experience
• Current NJ RN Licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care: administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with tests and procedures.
• Utilize telemetry to observe and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to nursing protocols and hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality care.
