Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for General Medical Telemetry at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time evening shift (3pm-11:30pm) with rotating weekends provides an opportunity to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care on a dedicated unit and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include IL licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license is required.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience preferred for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
