Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Stroke Telemetry at Glenbrook Hospital in Illinois. This full-time role (32 hours) operates 7am–3:30am with rotating weekends, requiring strong patient care and teamwork.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, apply the nursing process, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes. BLS/CPR is mandatory for Healthcare Providers.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers required.
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new grads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, compassionate nursing care on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
