Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related technology field preferred.
• Specialized training in the design, installation and maintenance of personal computers, telecommunication equipment, video services, and voice, data and video networks.
• Demonstrated aptitude or competence in the repair of computers/related equipment and software support of computers/technologies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support administrators, staff, and students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, public service-minded demeanor.
• Ability to take direction well, work independently, and constructively apply feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Consistent use of excellent judgment, tact, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
• Must successfully pass BCI/FBI criminal background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
