Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree as a Registered Nurse from an accredited school.
• Current Texas RN License required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers care to a unit specific patient population with a multidisciplinary approach.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Works cooperatively with medical staff to meet hospital and departmental goals.
• Manages activities to ensure care aligns with physician orders and protocols.
• Oversees the plan of care for each patient’s needs.
