Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year supply chain experience required.
• 2 years supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the department coordinator in prioritizing and coordinating work assignments.
• Provides ongoing and new staff training to their shift.
• Carries a phone when away from the department to facilitate employee inquiries.
• Exhibits the mission, vision and values of HonorHealth.
• Performs data entry for patient supply and equipment charging.
• Distributes replenishment workload and coordinates department operations.
• Resolves variances during charge shifts and notes stockouts.
• Conducts on-the-job training of new and existing supply chain staff.
• Monitors staffing patterns and conducts shift changeover briefings.
