HonorHealth Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale is seeking a Supply Chain professional for the evening shift to assist the department coordinator, provide staff training, and serve as supervisor when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include data entry for patient supply and equipment charging, workload distribution, and coordinating department activities with the Supply Chain Supervisor. A high school diploma and 1 year of supply chain experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year supply chain experience required.
• 2 years supply chain experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs or supervises the data entry for patient supply and equipment charging.
• Distributes workload of replenishment based on employees and census.
• Coordinates department operations as directed by the Supply Chain Supervisor.
• Resolves unusual variances during charge shift and notifies supervisor after hours.
• Performs all functions of Supply Chain Technician position.
• Conducts on-the-job training of new and existing Supply Chain personnel.
• Assists supervisor in monitoring and controlling staff activities.
• Maintains staffing patterns and shift schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
