Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to issue, charge, and distribute medical and non-medical supplies using our ERP system and iPad. You will inventory and replenish departments, restock storerooms, coordinate rental/purchase of equipment, and ensure neat PAR locations.

A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow pick lists, and reliable team participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in hospital storeroom or receiving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counts and fills pre-determined exchange cart/replenishment area stock levels. Uses iPad and/or ERP system to complete this process.
• Using a pick list, collects all supplies requested and stages them for delivery according to priority.
• Restocks clean and bulk storeroom shelves from daily receipts, verifying locations and bin labels per pick list.
• Coordinates rental/purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment.
• Management of soiled equipment per campus policy.
• Processes department stock returns.
• Responsible for handling, securing and delivering prepackaged procedural tray which may include medication.
• Responsible for neatness of storeroom and PAR locations at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned
