Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group in Sarasota, FL is hiring a Production Material Handler for the CGC Comics division. You will manage flow of in-process submissions, coordinate transfers, and verify submission data in our database while supporting production schedules.

This full-time, on-site role offers an $17/hour base pay, weekdays 8:15am-5pm, plus comprehensive benefits and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in inventory management or material handling preferred.
• Capable of lifting and handling up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal department transfers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Stage products based on status, production schedules, and customer requests.
• Verify and match customer submission information within the company database.
• Work closely with other departments to track inventory and determine product status and completion.
• Ensure submissions are accurately accounted for and moved through the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
