Job summary

OSU-Institute of Technology is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to support the Residential Halls by serving students and ensuring a welcoming front desk environment.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and strong interpersonal/communication skills. The role may require a Oklahoma driver’s license if vehicle use is needed; duties include multitasking and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior.
• Experience working with young adults in a helping relationship.
• Additional post-secondary education beyond requirements may substitute for years of required experience.
• A valid Oklahoma driver’s license is required if driving is part of the position.

Responsibilities

• The front desk area in the Residential Halls serves the needs of the students living in the hall.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk and assist residents with inquiries and concerns.
