Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Hire, train, and develop store associates.
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Provide leadership to promote Food Lion values and store culture.
• Ensure security, safety and food safety standards are met.
• Utilize store tools and reporting systems to drive results.
• Support achievement of store budgeted financial and operating results.
