Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and pass background checks.
• Must meet physical requirements of the job.
• Certification as a Food Safety Manager or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing associates.
• Manage performance through coaching and appraisals.
• Maintain enthusiastic customer service and fast service.
• Provide leadership aligned with company values.
• Control store funds and assets.
• Ensure safety, security, and food safety standards.
• Utilize company tools and reporting systems.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maximize sales and minimize shrink through proper practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and store policies.
• Schedule staffing across departments.
• Train associates to meet expectations.
• Complete CBT and training courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
