Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations of the entire store.
• Hire, train, and develop associates.
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisal and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, and store appearance.
• Oversee safety, security, and food safety compliance.
• Utilize company tools to monitor financials, inventory, and scheduling.
• Support achievement of store budgets and operating results.
• Lead by example to minimize losses and maximize sales.
