Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple departments and meet staffing needs.
• Must pass food safety accreditation within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Hire, train and develop store associates.
• Manage performance through coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure customer service, product quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and shrink to meet goals.

Education
