• Provide leadership and motivation reflecting Food Lion values and vision.
• Control store funds and assets, ensuring accountability.
• Maintain safety, security and food safety standards.
• Utilize reports and scheduling tools to optimize operations.
• Support achievement of store budgeted results and minimize losses.
