Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL seeks a Certified Sterile Processing Tech to provide sterile materials and equipment to hospital and affiliated facilities. The role includes decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and case cart setup, ensuring quality patient care.

Requirements include GED and CBSPD/IAHCSMM certification preferred, with at least two years in sterile processing or OR instrumentation. Hours are 3:00pm–11:30pm with rotating weekends/holidays; both full-time and part-time roles

Qualifications

• GED/High School Equivalency required.
• Certification CBSPD or IAHCSMM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital and affiliated facilities with sterile processed materials and equipment.
• Execute established procedures for decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization and surgical case cart setup.
• Follow established procedures to ensure decontamination completion.
• Place sterile items in appropriate areas for distribution with correct labeling.
