Job summary

OhioHealth in Dublin, OH is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee instrument preparation, tray management, and case cart readiness for all surgeries. Shift is 3pm-11:30pm with 40 hours weekly; you will lead a team, coach staff, and partner with OR and SPD teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and accurate onsite inventory.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in Sterile Processing, a CRCST certification, strong leadership and computer skills, and a commitment to high reliability

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in Sterile Processing operations or related field.
• Experience with computers and data entry; MS Office.
• Previous Sterile Processing or Operating Room experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and assignments for Sterile Processing staff.
• Act as supervisor in the absence of management.
• Coordinate with OR and SPD staff to meet needs efficiently and accurately.
• Coach staff in real-time; implement workflow initiatives to improve productivity.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in job duties as an HRO.
