Job summary

OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital seeks a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee instruments, implants, and supplies for all surgeries. The role directs staff, coordinates OR and SPD operations, and ensures real-time inventory accuracy in a 3pm–11:30pm shift with 40 hours weekly.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Sterile Processing leadership, CRCST certification, and strong computer skills. This is an onsite hospital position with focus on safety and high reliability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include Associate's Degree, High School or GED.
• CRCST - Certified Registered Central Service Technician (IAHCSMM).
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in Sterile Processing.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a leader in the absence of management and collaborates with OR and SPD staff.
• Schedules and assigns staff, directing team to ensure department success.
• Oversees instrumentation, equipment, and case cart preparation; maintains inventory accuracy.
