Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for Evening shifts (2pm-10:30pm) with rotating weekends after training. You will clean, inspect, and sterilize instruments to support the operating room and outpatient services.

We offer comprehensive onboarding with SPD Educator guidance and a fast-paced team environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year sterile processing experience; CRCST certification within the first year is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Over 1 year sterile processing experience preferred.
• CRCST certification within one year of introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, inspection and sterilization of surgical instruments.
• Support operating room and outpatient practices with sterile processing.
• Train with SPD Educator and preceptors to learn processes and standards.
