Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT machines for PCB production.
• Perform machine changeovers and feeder setup for new builds.
• Load and run manufacturing programs via the machine interface.
• Follow work instructions, BOMs, and setup sheets.
• Verify component placement, orientation, and polarity.
• Monitor quality, identify issues, and take corrective action.
• Document all work and production data.
• Maintain production counts and output targets.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to no-phone policy.
• Follow ESD procedures and general manufacturing rules.
• Collaborate with the team and support shared goals.
