Qualifications

• Experience with ski and/or snowboard tuning.
• Minimum 1 year of service technician experience.
• Background in retail and customer service preferred.
• Strong selling skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and build a welcoming environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
• Assess and determine equipment needs based on skill level and preferences.
• Perform tuning, mounting, adjustments, and repairs per guidelines.
