Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to certify and record incoming and outgoing items, working closely with the Warehouse Lead. Responsibilities include checking bills of lading, coordinating shipping/receiving, preparing paperwork, updating inventory records, and maintaining the Dock Management System.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. High school diploma or GED required with good reading, writing, and math skills; strong

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• High detail orientation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Check bills of lading for accuracy.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving with Warehouse Lead.
• Fill in shipping and receiving tally documents.
• Organize mail slots with proper paperwork.
• Schedule shipping and receiving appointments.
• Fold and apply lot stickers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures for storage and receipt of goods.
• Process inbound and outbound orders as trucks arrive/depart.
• Generate paperwork for customer work orders and respond to special requests.
• Maintain and update the Dock Management System.
