Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Shipping Clerk (Warehouse Administrator) to support invoicing, batching, and returns processes in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role requires at least a year of clerical experience and strong data-entry skills with Excel.

You will prepare drivers invoices, batch warehouse paperwork, and ensure correct handling of returns and labels. Ideal candidates are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, able to multitask, and comfortable working with paperwork and data

Qualifications

• Warehouse invoicing experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• System implementation experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: data entry of credits, dispatch invoicing, and label printing.
• Batching: schedule batching and truck departure documentation.
• Returns: inspect discrepancies and reinstate products into slots.
