Qualifications

• More than 3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform data entry and process billing or shipping documents.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately.
• Prepare and process billing and invoicing with attention to detail.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to shipping, receiving, billing, and orders.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry.
• Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers.
