ID Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Joliet distribution center, working on-site from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on supporting daily customer service operations, managing shipping and receiving, and processing billing and invoicing within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include timely communication with customers and internal teams, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Min 1 year of customer service, administrative, logistics, or warehouse support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage shipping and receiving activities within warehouse management systems in partnership with site leadership.
• Process billing and invoicing accurately while meeting tight turnaround timelines.
• Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Provide daily communication with customers, operations teams, and management via email, phone, and in-person.
• Serve as liaison between warehouse operations and customers regarding account administration, invoicing, and credit changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer transactions and shipments.
• Support customer inquiries, special requests, and issue resolution professionally and timely.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, and Leadership teams to support service excellence.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
