Job summary

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, Louisville, KY, is seeking an Evening Shift Team Lead to oversee hourly production and distribution flow on the shop floor. The role requires coordinating with Supervisors, resolving SAP-related issues, and guiding personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have at least two years of manufacturing or distribution experience, familiarity with SAP WM, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP Warehouse Management.
Strong leadership and attendance records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Supervisors in managing daily production and distribution flow.
Assist the Supervisors in logistically managing the deployment of shop floor personnel.
Resolve daily SAP report issues and act as point of contact for data process errors.
Recommend process or system changes to enhance safety, productivity, and quality.
Work with Supervisors and plant personnel to improve system knowledge base.
Communicate with other departments on order status and plant required tasks.
Assist in employee training in interfacing with SAP.
Other duties as assigned.
