PACCAR is seeking an Evening Shift Team Lead at our McKinney, TX facility to oversee hour-by-hour shop floor operations. You will assist Supervisors with daily production and distribution, and support SAP-based data processes on the floor.
The role requires strong communication, a minimum of two years in manufacturing or distribution, and prior supervisory experience. Proficiency in SAP/WMS and MS Office is essential.

The Evening Shift Team Lead reports directly to the shop floor Supervisors and is responsible for hour-by-hour operation on the shop floor.
High School Diploma or GED
Associate's degree preferred but not required.
