Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the restaurant team in El Reno, OK. You will coach crew members, oversee all shift operations, and ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of retail or food service experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to Braum's brand values. 45-hour work week on a rotating schedule is expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
