Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Criminal background check & job-fit assessment required.
• Shift starts at 5:30 am with rotating 3 week schedule and ~45 hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations for Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Ensure Braum's store policies are followed; monitor inventory, safety and cleanliness.
