Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on coaching the team, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining food quality across all departments.

Responsibilities include supervising shift activities, managing inventory, safety, and sanitation, and upholding Braum's policies. The ideal candidate has retail or food-service experience and is at least 21 with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or food service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
