Job summary

Braum's in Oklahoma City is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team during the morning shift. You will coach crew members, uphold Braum's brand standards and ensure a great customer experience while helping maximize sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule averaging about 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
