Braum's in Edmond, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team during the morning shift. The role emphasizes coaching, customer service, and maintaining food quality to maximize sales.

Starting pay is $14.50–$15.00 per hour with a roughly 45-hour week on a rotating schedule. The supervisor will oversee shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, monitor inventory and safety, and ensure Braum's policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's policies and practices are implemented and followed.
