Job summary

Par Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Evening Shift Supervisor for a plastics injection molding operation in Kentucky. You will oversee production, enforce safety, quality, and productivity targets, and coach a team of up to 12 technicians on the evening shift to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates will have plastics experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding is required.
• Experience starting and stopping Plastic Injection Molding machines.
• Experience supervising up to 12 personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards in production and implementing safety protocols.
• Strong mechanical knowledge tied to interpreting technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing activities on the evening shift, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate and manage assembly line and plastic injection molding technicians.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Lead and coach production teams, providing guidance and performance feedback.
