Qualifications

• Hybrid Candidate – willing to roll up sleeves on the floor as well as in office management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities of the shift.
• Direct job assignments and provide leadership to the production staff.
• Manage resources for high-volume manufacturing and maintain timely order fulfillment with quality and safety.
• Inspire, train, and develop the team to achieve safety, quality, service, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor processes and KPIs, analyze issues, and implement improvements.
